2. What data we collect
Via the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
Via the car rental request form: name, email address, phone number, travel period, number of guests, preferred car type and any notes.
We never ask for more data than we need to respond to your request.
3. What we use this data for
To respond to your question or request, and to arrange a car or stay for you.
Your data is stored in our database, and we receive an automatic email notification as soon as you submit a form, so we can respond quickly.
We do not use your data for marketing purposes and do not sell it to third parties.
4. Booking via Booking.com
This website is a marketing site: you don't book directly with us, but via Booking.com. As soon as you click a 'Check availability' button, you leave our site and land on Booking.com.
Any data you enter on Booking.com (including payment details) falls under Booking.com's privacy policy, not this one. You can find it at https://www.booking.com/content/privacy.html.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Vercel Analytics for visitor statistics. This service does not place cookies and does not track individual visitors, which is why we don't need to show a cookie banner.
We do not place any tracking or advertising cookies ourselves.
6. Retention period
We keep data from contact and car rental forms for as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards [TODO: confirm retention period with the owners, e.g. up to 2 years], unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
7. Your rights
